What Is Fascia?

Fascia is the body’s intelligent connective tissue network a continuous, three dimensional web that wraps around every muscle, bone, organ, nerve, blood vessel and emotional imprint within you.


Think of fascia as the body’s internal communication system:

  • It holds your structure
     
  • It supports movement
     
  • It protects your organs
     
  • It responds instantly to stress, emotion and trauma
     
  • It carries signals that influence your nervous system, breath and energy
     

When fascia is healthy, it glides, hydrates and adapts like a fluid web.
When it becomes tight or restricted, it can create pain, emotional tension, internal imbalances, and energetic stagnation.


This is why fascia is central to every healing journey at BodiSync.

Fascia is more than tissue it is the connector of your physical, emotional and internal worlds.
Restrictions in the fascial web can manifest in different ways:

Fascial Flow Teaching

Sukh is one of the first ever wave of  Certified Fascial Maneuver Coaches through Human Garage.  He has also trained with Maria Alfieris, who has over 40 years of experience in Fascial Release. 


As a result he has developed specific fascial maneuver classes which endorse the work of Human Garage. These also fit in perfectly with the ethos of Bodisync of balancing on an Emotional, Physical  and Internal level. 


They also complement the healing modalities offered at Bodisync and help to continue tension releases in between treatment sessions, as well as aiding Yoga and/or Pilates exercises.


Our Fascial Flow classes are designed to teach you the art of self-release, helping you understand your fascia, unlock stored tension, and support your healing journey between BodiSync sessions.
