At the core of this therapy is the Reset Breath methodology, a sequence of breath techniques rooted in Kemetic breathwork, fused with hypoxy breathing cycles and somatic awareness. This method guides you through intentional shifts in your breathing patterns to:

What It Involves

 1. Reset Breath Methodology

A guided flow of conscious breathing that shifts between oxygen-rich and oxygen-restricted states to activate parasympathetic healing, encourage somatic release, and access altered states of consciousness aligned with deep rest and regeneration. There are 5 phases of the treatment where we hold you in the healing phase for 3, 6, 10 & 15 seconds each phase, then takes you to a different brainwave state. Phase 0 is the fifth phase, which is a grounding phase.


2. Kemetic-Inspired Realignment

Ancient breath rituals and postural principles from Kemetic healing are used to guide energy flow, clear stagnation, and reconnect you to inner wisdom and ancestral rhythm. They work on a spiritual and energetic level, awakening dormant healing capacities within.


3. Hypoxy Breath & Cellular Detox

Controlled breath holds and oxygen modulation techniques mimic high-altitude training, triggering natural detox pathways, enhancing mitochondrial function, and supporting the body’s stress adaptation mechanisms. They mimic evolutionary stress, activating deep physiological and detox pathways


4. Cranial, Organ & Energy Work

Brain Wave States Reached

Your brain operates at different brainwave states, each associated with specific levels of consciousness, mental activity, and emotional states. These brainwaves are measured in Hertz (Hz)  cycles per second. 

 

The ascending order of brain waves (from the slowest frequency to the fastest frequency) is:

  1. Delta → 0.5 – 4 Hz (deep sleep, unconscious states)
     
  2. Theta → 4 – 8 Hz (drowsy, meditative, subconscious access)
     
  3. Alpha → 8 – 12 Hz (relaxed, calm, present awareness)
     
  4. Beta → 12 – 30 Hz (active thinking, problem solving, alertness)
     
  5. Gamma → 30 – 100+ Hz (peak focus, high-level cognition, integration of information)

🧠  Theta Waves (4 – 8 Hz)

  • State: Light sleep, deep meditation, subconscious access.
     
  • Description:
    Theta bridges the conscious and subconscious. It’s often accessed during meditation, daydreaming, or the drowsy state between waking and sleep.
     
  • Associated With:
     
    • Intuition, creativity, imagination
       
    • Memory consolidation and subconscious reprogramming
       
    • Emotional release and processing
       
    • Hypnagogic imagery (visions just before sleep)
       
  • What it Entails:
    In Theta, the mind drifts away from logic and linear thought into fluid, symbolic, and emotional awareness. This is often where deep healing therapies and subconscious recoding take place.
     

🧠  Alpha Waves (8 – 12 Hz)

  • State: Relaxed wakefulness, calm presence.
     
  • Description:
    Alpha is a balanced state — awake, yet deeply relaxed. It’s the “flow state” where creativity and learning thrive.

    • Calm focus and stress reduction

    In Alpha, the mind is calm, the nervous system is balanced, and the body feels light. This state is ideal for visualisation, affirmations, and holistic healing practices.
     

🧠  Beta Waves (12 – 30 Hz)

  • State: Active thinking, alertness, external focus.
     
  • Description:
    Beta dominates in everyday life when we’re focused, problem-solving, and engaging with the outside world. It’s fast and sharp but can also tip into stress if overactive.
     
  • Associated With:
     
    • Concentration, analytical thinking, decision-making
       
    • Productivity and problem-solving
       
    • Stress, anxiety, “monkey mind” (when excessive)
       
  • What it Entails:
    Beta is the doing state. Energy is directed outward, the body is alert, and cortisol/adrenaline may rise if Beta is prolonged. Balanced Beta supports clear focus, but too much leads to mental exhaustion.



The brain can technically be influenced in all states, but some brainwave states are especially powerful for reprogramming beliefs, habits, and emotions, because they give access to the subconscious (where most programming is stored). 


Theta State (4–8 Hz) → Deep Subconscious Reprogramming

  • Why: Theta is the “gateway” to the subconscious. In this state, the critical, analytical mind quiets down, making it easier to plant new beliefs.
